Meeting on Dec 8,2011
Posted: December 12, 2011Welcome to the Courts of Flower Hill webpage. Our first meeting was last Thursday, Dec. 8th and had 21 in attendance. The meeting was called for by Martin Rubenstein to reconstitute the Board of Directors of the Courts of Flower Hill.
The recommendations from the Commission on Common Ownership Communities to set up a new board were outlined by Almira Ryden. The next step will be to deliver nomination applications. Numerous homeowners volunteered to deliver to these to homeowners on their streets.
These will be collected by December 27th and collated to send out with the voting proxy 15 days before the scheduled annual meeting on January 26th at 7:00pm. At this time if there is a quorum of at least 40% of homeowners either present or by proxy cards, then the election will take place. If we don’t have a quorum, then another meeting will have to be called.
